Program Description

To support: 1) one-on-one mentoring for target population of children and youth ages 4-18 to help break the generational cycle of incarceration; 2) family reunification support to strengthen family ties that help reduce recidivism when parents are re-entering society; and 3) advocacy to empower community partners and constituents to champion this cause.
