Program Description

Provide comprehensive community services to low income residents of the South Pittsburgh communities of: Allentown, Arlington, Arlington Heights, Beltzhoover, Carrick, Knoxville, Mt. Oliver, South Side Flats and Slopes. The services will include Family Assistance Services, Children's Education Programs, and Community-Building Activities.
