Program Description

To assist at least 150 consumers with health insurance applications by partnering with other health and human services organizations in South Pittsburgh. CHC will launch a strategic and aggressive health outreach and insurance enrollment campaign in South Side and Mt. Oliver to improve overall health and wellness of residents.
